Curating a state of play for our guests is at the very core of our DNA and what our amazing teams are striving to deliver every day. " Job Title : Receptionist Reports To: Reception Manager Overall Purpose As a Receptionist in the front of house team, your focus is on representing the brand by being friendly, positive, and helpful to all guests with any questions or queries they may have. You'll ensure all guests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, whether in person or on the phone, record all reservations accurately and promptly, and direct all guests to their allocated areas while introducing them to the activity and ordering process. You'll communicate appropriately and efficiently with all departments to ensure smooth service, run daily reports on cover counts, organize the cloakroom, and have knowledge of the business as a whole, including the food and beverage offering. You'll greet and farewell all guests genuinely and ensure venue maintenance and troubleshooting is completed during service. We're seeking a confident, self-motivated individual with plenty of initiative and an inquisitive nature, always looking to improve and develop their skills.
