Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the country as well as planning and delivering the growth in the activity Be fully responsible of the Spanish P&L and the activity of the venues. Grow the B2B & B2C businesses. Ensure the brand positioning in line with HQ guidelines. Achieve and exceed short- and long-term goals related to turnover and client satisfaction Oversee and optimize operational processes, ensuring alignment with company standards, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting efforts to maximize revenue generation, control costs, and drive profitability. Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving escalated guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of quality. Cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to elevate the brand's visibility and market positioning.
