The established legal team is an integral part of the overall group and following a restructure is now looking to add a solicitor into the team, offered on a hybrid basis, with x3 days required in the office in Sheffield nr Meadowhall. It is likely to suit a UK qualified solicitor who has strong commercial acumen, an interest in the sector and some previous experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements. Some of the issues are complex and challenging, but equally rewarding - you’ll join a team and organisation which is genuinely making a difference and is likely to remain a leader in this field. Candidates from corporate/transnational backgrounds or insolvency are equally welcome to apply salary in likely to be commensurate to experience but we anticipate this probably attracting solicitors in the 2-6 year PQE mark.
