Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Liaison between Service Providers (Carriers, 3PL's) and TJXC key partners (Distribution Services, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, Planning/Allocation, Finance) Manage project initiatives with structure methodology, maintaining project plans, determining project specifications/selection criteria and using reporting systems Focus on designing and leading the creation of reports and dashboards that are effective for all-levels of management from operational to executive levels Provide solutions/strategies to improve service provider performance Mentors and coaches team on relationship management and business acumen; a resource to answer questions and discuss best practices What you’ll need To begin your career with us, we require the following: 5 to 10 years progressive experience transportation and or logistics; strong understanding of transportation and distribution services Excellent demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, information gathering.
