Purpose: The Senior Manager, Product & Pricing Analytics contributes to the overall success of Global Business Payments by creating and executing its data, business intelligence and analytics to support its overarching product and pricing strategy. The incumbent will perform and oversee analytics across a suite of business banking products (e. g. business accounts, payments, and cash management etc. ) and support pricing strategies to drive revenue optimization. The role is highly technical and requires expert knowledge of products, data practices, analytical methodologies as well as Microsoft Power BI. Incumbent has strong technical, financial and analytical skills and the ability to communicate to a broad audience including Scotiabank executives. The incumbent also possesses strong leadership skills as well robust knowledge of GBP products and services. Accountabilities: • Lead data and analytical workstreams and on-going pricing initiatives in collaboration with GBP Special Pricing Group, product teams and other stakeholders • Ownership of pricing data assets and Microsoft Power BI reports which serve as the primary tools for pricing activity analytics and benefit tracking • Act as a centre of excellence for GBP pricing analytics and provide governance, guidance and support for all pricing data • Provide solid analytics and insights to various GBP teams to drive revenue, execute product campaigns, improve the customer experience, and protect the Bank • Support the development of Microsoft Power BI reports which serve as the one-stop shop for all GBP data consumers to access self-serve dashboards, insights, leads, product campaigns, product analysis • Provide strong leadership to direct reports to motivate both individual and team performance and foster a commitment to Scotiabank’s Values and our Customers • Recruit high potential.
