New Job Opportunity - Reconciliation Staff Accountant (Junior Level Position) New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Baltimore, MD. Looking to hire an experienced Reconciliation Staff Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience. (Internship / Professional) Must have some knowledge of Reconciliation Accounting and prefer someone who has worked for a bank Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days a week on site Hours: 8am to 4:45pm or 8:30 to 5pm Day to Day Activities: Performs entry level professional accounting work such as performing and reviewing reconciliations, biweekly salary values, annual projections to budget values, debit memo's, preparing working papers, schedules and reports. Examines a variety of documents to verify accuracy of computations. Ensures that transactions are in accordance with applicable authority, policies, procedures, and are recorded consistent with acceptable accounting standards. Provides assistance to support staff to demonstrate or explain procedures. Supports travel management as needed. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin is Required Minimum of one year working in account - Either professional work or internship experience Excellent computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office product applications (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Must be able to pass background and credit check Powered by JazzHR
