Night Auditor The Sandman Hotel Group UK opened it's 218-bedroom Sandman Signature Hotel in August 2018 and has established itself as one of Aberdeen's finest 4-star properties. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor to act as the Hotel's overnight front line in welcoming our guests, you will be the human face of the business throughout the night so a warm and genuine personality is essential. Experience in hotel night working is desirable although absolutely not a requirement; a sunny disposition, impeccable communication skills, smart appearance and a genuine pro-active passion for service are the key attributes we will be looking for. Key responsibilities of the role include: Welcome and check in/out of guests. Safety & Security of the building throughout the night. Night audit and banking procedures. Cash handling and processing credit card transactions. Handling telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Taking and processing reservations though our Property Management System. Providing information to guests about the hotel and local area. Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Anticipating and addressing guest's service needs. Any additional tasks assigned by management.
