Happy Nest are seeking a nurturing professional live out nanny who truly loves working with young children to join this lovely family based in Hale Barns , Greater Manchester. With a new baby arriving recently , a nearly two year old boy and a 4 year old girl , this family household might be busy, but its not without plenty of love! This will be a shared care role with the main focus on care of the toddler as Mum is at home enjoying her new baby. Dad as a sports professional will be around the family home occasionally during the day. The family's current nanny is leaving for personal reasons, so they are used to having a nanny around and are looking for someone who can fill in the position Naturally, this role will also require you to have extensive experience caring for young children at different stages in their development. As an experienced nanny youll be confident caring for toddlers. Youll enjoy setting up stimulating, educational, and developmental age-appropriate activities for children. Youll love reading, playing games, singing songs, and all kinds of other activities. Were thinking trains, tough trays and plenty of dinosaurs! The family home is around a 15 minute drive from Knutsford, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge so theres plenty to do nearby. Youll find several parks within the local areas and lots on offer for activities too. Nanny Duties: Facilitating development appropriate activities for each child focusing on the nearly 2 year old boy Standard Nanny Duties helping with homework, planning fun activities, being creative Maintaining the childrens areas and ensuring they stay clean and tidy; Preparing bottles and feeds. Nappy Changes , sleep routines Attending and understanding their needs. School runs Hours: 5 days per week 5 hours per day 2pm -7pm 25 hours per week Monday to Friday with some occasional babysitting and weekend work ( will be paid as overtime and agreed in advance) Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of childcare working.
