As a Service Manager, youll be at the forefront of our dealerships success, ensuring the efficient and safe day: to: day operation of our profitable service department. Youll manage a talented team of technicians and advisors, ensuring team objectives and service goals are met. Your excellent customer service skills will shine as you build and maintain customer relationships, address concerns, and upsell products and services. Salary: GBP 35,000 OTE Hours: 8am:5pm Duties: : Leading and managing technicians and advisors to achieve service objectives and maintain high standards. : Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. : Developing a deep understanding of industry regulations, health, and safety standards, and ensure adherence. : Overseeing and optimising the service desk operations, ensuring efficiency and top: notch service. : Monitoring and addressing recurring departmental issues and work towards effective solutions. : Conducting audits to ensure work quality, standards, and customer satisfaction. : Collaborating with suppliers to exceed industry standards. Requirements: : Previous experience in Service Management : Comprehensive industry or similar industry knowledge : Strong management and customer: facing skills. : Effective written and verbal communication. : The ability to thrive under pressure.
