Typical day as an IT Auditor You’ll help deliver a value-added assurance service to Home Group and its subsidiaries. You’ll take the lead on IT audit planning and fieldwork including discussions with colleagues across the organisation to provide challenge and successfully influence the implementation of revised/new processes and procedures. You will get involved with consultancy and advisory services, and carryout ad hoc investigations. You bring Qualified Internal Auditor, IT Auditor or equivalent with excellent business acumen, gained through relevant audit experience. Achieved a degree in IT, computer science, or similar, or equivalent experience. Confident in audit planning, carrying out audit fieldwork and testing, identifying controls, risks, and weaknesses. A strong report writer with abilities to deliver to a varied and demanding audience. A great communicator with communication skills at all levels. A keen eye for detail with brilliant listening skills. Be a key team player. Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are unable to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
