Purpose This role involves preparing and monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. As the keepers of the smaller tasks and moving parts within a project, this role would also oversee the day-to-day progression of all project initiatives within EBS. To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Accountabilities Project Coordination: • Prepare, maintain and monitor project plans and calendars as required • Organizing, attending, and participating in assigned stakeholder meetings • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings • Ensuring project deadlines are met • Determining project changes • Providing administrative support as needed • Undertaking project tasks as required • Developing project strategies • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project • Provide technical assistance support to projects as defined by the project coordinator • Inform leadership of project status on an ongoing basis • Serve as liaison for projects across internal EBS stakeholders Status Updates: • Perform regular data extraction and hydration as required • Develop and produce reports for EBS stakeholders • Support the generation of regular EBS updates • Analyze data and draw conclusions to.
