Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on the delivery of a major project/large commercial Fit-out in Central London, close to Liverpool Street Station. Project Manager Large Commercial CAT B Fit-out - Central London - 45 Weeks - Up to £290 Per Day CISProject Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on the delivery of a major project/large commercial Fit-out in Central London, close to Liverpool Street Station. Working as part of a wider operational team on site, you MUST have experience of managing large Commercial fit-out projects with values of above £20m on a regular basis in your recent project history. Working within an operational team of up to 6 Managers, you will be working alongside another Project Manager and a Project Director on this large fit-out scheme. This role is working for this leading Tier One Main Contractor business on the delivery of this fast-track high-end project being delivered over several storeys in the heart of London. As well as having the above experience of regularly delivering projects exceeding £20m, you must also hold a valid CSCS Black Management Card, First Aid at Work & SMSTS. You will also be required to hold valid Duty to Manage Asbestos & Fire Marshall Qualifications, however, these can be undertaken as required. If you are an experienced Project Manager, with prior experience of large major fit-out contracts as a Project Manager as part of a larger site team, and hold the necessary Qualifications & Certificates then we look forward to hearing from you straight away.
