As an HR Officer, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of HR, contributing expertise in Training and Learning & Development while supporting essential HR functions. As an HR Officer, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of HR, contributing expertise in Training and Learning & Development while supporting essential HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Training and Development: Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate and facilitate employee development initiatives and workshops backss training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to address skill gaps effectively. HR Support and Strategic Functions: Assist in HR planning, recruitment, and selection processes. Engage in performance management initiatives and rewards & benefits administration. Participate in industrial relations and contribute to succession planning strategies. Employee Well-being and Communication: Support employee welfare and well-being programs to enhance workplace satisfaction. Foster open communication channels and employee participation in HR-related initiatives. HRIS Management and Process Enhancement: Oversee HR Information Systems HRIS to ensure accurate data management. Identify and streamline operational processes to optimize HR efficiency.
