Do you have experience managing employee relations cases? Are you CIPD qualified? Are you looking for a part time role with flexible hours? Our People Services Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support our employees and managers on a part time basis. This is a new role and it involves working closely with department leaders to provide up to date advice and guidance on all aspects of HR as well as supporting the Head of People Services with improvement projects. So what does the role involve? Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and managers Resolving any HR enquiries Managing an ER caseload ensuring that cases are dealt with effectively Providing advice and guidance to line managers Gathering people analytics and preparing reports when required Supporting hiring managers with interviews when required Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Support with HR projects and initiatives as required Provide ad hoc training to managers as and when required Champion the Aerial Group Values What's in it for you?
