We are looking for a Site Engineer to work on multiple highways civils project in and around the Thetford area for our Tier 1 client. This role will involve working alongside the Site Agent and Site Manager to carry out works on multiple highways civil engineering projects in and around Norwich. Job Role: Site Engineer Location: Thetford, Norwich Pay rate: GBP300 : 350 / day The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills and have a can: do attitude. This client currently deal with a portfolio of civil engineering schemes ranging from access road improvements, public realm works, concrete repairs and reinstatements, water treatment works and specialist framework projects. Ideally, for this project, you will have specific previous experience working on a Highways project. You will be responsible for: Site setting out Maintaining equipment and manage paperwork Supervising groundworks Earthworks testing Ensuring and monitoring QA Reporting back to the Site Manager and Site Agent Requirements: Experience working on civil engineering projects with a main contractor CSCS Card First Aid (3 day course) Benefits: Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor in the civil engineering sector If this role is of interest to you, Hollie at the Randstad Maidstone branch.
