Your main responsibilities will be to: Provide and deliver a service that ensures the continuous maintenance of all environmental conditions related to building systems. MCG Construction is currently recruiting the role of a Mechanical Engineer to work for a large, reputable business within a Facilities Management environment. Your main responsibilities will be to: Provide and deliver a service that ensures the continuous maintenance of all environmental conditions related to building systems. This would include all planned, preventative maintenance PPM tasks, reactive responses, and addressing breakdowns in all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the site. Ensured strict adherence to the Client site procedures and standards, ensuring efficiency and safety Adhere to all health and safety procedures Wear personal protective equipment as required, when carrying out specific duties Supervise and monitor sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance works Work within all compliance and KPI's If you have the relevant experience please send your CV.
