Receptionist – West London Receptionist Location: West London Salary: £28,000COREcruitment is working with a private members club based in West London who are recruiting for a Receptionist You will provide a friendly, welcoming and outstanding reception service to all club members and guests, in line with the Club’s vision and values. Key Repositions: You will work with the Head Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the Reception desk and to deliver high standards of service to members of the club at all times. To undertake all front of house duties, including meeting, greeting members and guests, check in/out and providing assistance to ensure an excellent, friendly guest service experience. Interact with the members/guests and fellow team members in a professional and friendly manner. Build a good rapport with all members and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain a high level of quality customer service. To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. Assist in dealing with member complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible. To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
