We are looking for an experienced ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant where you will be managing a client portfolio, reviewing accounts, audit files, VAT returns, management accounts and basic tax returns, working alongside a very close, supportive, and established team. We are looking for an experienced ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant where you will be managing a client portfolio, reviewing accounts, audit files, VAT returns, management accounts and basic tax returns, working alongside a very close, supportive, and established team. Your main responsibilities as the Practice Accountant will be Manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from one-man bands to multimillion-pound limited companies across multiple industry sectors Conduct thorough reviews of VAT, accounts, and basic tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Utilise your audit experience to oversee and execute audits for our clients across various industries Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient client service delivery Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent client-facing skills Lead and empower the team, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development Experience, skills and attributes required for the Practice Accountant ACA/ACCA qualified with 3-5 years post-qualification experience Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios and reviewing accounts, VAT, and basic tax returns A team player with exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity.
