Job Description Facilities Maintenance Lead oversees the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations and maintenance. The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth functioning and code compliance of designated facilities, including equipment and systems. Job Responsibilities • Ensures the effective maintenance and operation of buildings, grounds, equipment and hardware by utilizing efficient planning and scheduling and ensuring work is completed according to applicable regulations and standards. • Accountable for the area’s operational planning and resource allocation. • Organize, plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and deliver minor work projects. • Assist with major capital projects when required. • Ensuring that work orders and service requests are completed in a timely, efficient manner. • Order/purchase of supplies.
