Responsibilities The Business Manager will be responsible for leading their team. delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in: store excellence and build retailer support. Your focus: : Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills. : Lead and develop the team : Execute the perfect instore experience, managing maintenance, merchandising, VM, testers and stock: Manager agency staff and ensure they are achieving their sales target : Train and develop the wider team: Lead by example by demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service : Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely " consult. " : Have strong ownership and accountability. : Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
