As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be building relationships with existing and historic customers, building a picture of their business and needs and identifying potential opportunities whilst handling their queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a customer-facing role focused on building quality relationships with your clients, not making large numbers of calls If you are an experienced Account Manager, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Executive or similar, this opportunity is not to be missed THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE: Acting as the main point of contact for your clients Processing orders for clients and ensuring customer requirements are referred to the relevant teams internally Handling customer queries and liaising with colleagues to respond promptly and handle any issues Building strong relationships with existing and previous customers Gaining insight into your clients’ business structures, plans and identifying potential business opportunities Maintaining regular contact with clients Logging all activity accurately Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers Running weekly sales reports and monitoring weekly orders Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries THE PERSON: At least 2 years experience within an Account Management, Sales Executive, Telesales, Sales Support, Customer Service or similar client-facing role Confident to build relationships with clients Happy to speak.
