JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Building Surveyor Your main responsibility will be to provide a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors. As a Senior Building Surveyor, the expectation will be to give support and advice to other members of the surveying team. In addition to this your main duties include: A Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards.
