Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The Director of Finance will work closely with the senior leadership team, ensuring the stability of the companys finance and backssing industry trends in support of overall sales strategy. The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities, reporting on revenue, budgeting, distributing funds to departments, margining risk, implementing policies and providing financial solutions. The Director of Finance will analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. What you can expect as our next Director of Finance : Formulate sustainable strategies to increase profits and reduce losses Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Liaising with lenders/banks to ensure production companies have access to interim financing Protect assets by establishing, monitoring & enforcing internal controls. Conduct treasury management in consultation with Executives. Prepare annual budget, coordinating with departmental budget holders and providing budget monitoring during the year. Serve as the lead point person on financial matters with the Finance & Audit Committee Reviewing and overseeing the work of accounts payable and accounts receivable Overseeing the work of the payroll clerk to ensure.
