If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Gatehouse Security Supervisor in Pickering! Requirements: Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate Proven experience in security supervisor role for at least 2 years Minimum of 2 year Security experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals. Excellent computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Must be reliable, available, of sound character and be able to work in a team environment or independently Must be physically fit and able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods Ability to handle multiple situations and use sound judgment to handle emergency situations Must be knowledgeable on various systems including but not limited to CCTV various types, elevators, mechanical alarms, intercom systems, fire and life safety systems, control room system Must be able to provide coaching, training, and update site Manager on new trainees progress Will be required to keep track of staff training records, expiry dates and book for training when required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations Ability to write and compile reports on computer software in a timely manner Previous security experience in gatehouse.
