Where You Belong.Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Per HourJob SummaryThe House Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the clubhouses in excellent condition through regular housekeeping and select maintenance. Maintain an aesthetically desirable and safe club environment. Day-to-Day * Be the first person at the club to open at 5 AM, make coffee, and ensure club is member ready. * Perform housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, maintaining woodwork and other vital housekeeping functions. * Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, special projects, and other related areas. About You * 3 years in the general maintenance field preferred. * High School Diploma. * Certifications in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing a plus. * Maintain a clean aesthetically desirable and safe club environment which meets the expectations of the Club General Manager, Department Managers and Club Members and Guests. * Responsible for preforming light maintenance projects as needed. * Must effectively communicate and correspond with their supervisor to coordinate, acknowledge, prioritize, document and complete work requested from all Department Heads and Members and Guests. * Perform housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, maintaining woodwork and other vital housekeeping functions. * Indoor and outdoor environment. * Light electrical and plumbing experience a plus. * Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks/projects in an efficient and timely manner. * Must be able to work any day of the week based upon club needs and activity.
