Service Delivery Manager : (hybrid/remote based) GBP42000: GBP45000 + Bonus + Benefits Established over 40 years ago, our client are a specialist Managed Service Provider working with clients across the UK (Public and Private). To aid in the continued growth, they now require a Service Delivery Manager with experience working for an MSP. Looking after a small number of clients, the position will work in a hybrid fashion attending internal management meetings during the week and client sites once a quarter. Virtual meetings will be expected at other times. Key duties of the role will include: onboarding and setting up new clients, being the champion to both internal and external technical teams, providing monthly service reports and maintaining a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) register ensuring everything is registered. The Service Delivery Manager will join a small team who are part of a much larger group. It is expected that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field ideally working for an MSP and have the ability to work independently providing best practise to all customers. A technical background would be beneficial but not essential. In return, the Service Delivery Manager will have a flexible approach to work, a full benefits package, and the opportunity to be a key cog in the development of the team.
