As the Sales Manager you will be specifically responsible for driving sales with new business and product launches. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in business success with a network of contacts within the ON TRADE sector, along with a passion and background in great spirits. The Sales Manager will be based in London however have autonomy over the brand, the location and the sales Overall, as the Sales Manager needs to be ambitious, creative and a true self starter in the business. This role will be predominantly NEW BUSINESS and SALES. The Sales Manager responsibilities: Bringing on new business in the On Trade drinks sector Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth. Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing P&L in a commodity driven environment. Collaborate with other departments and establish a networking with the Drinks industry. Implementation of training; achieving budgeted targets The ideal Sales Manager Candidate: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales role within the drink industry. Proven track record in Sales, team management and results. Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
