This permanent position is based in London and the South East, offering the chance to make a significant impact in the field of medical device maintenance. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an in-house skillset to manage specialist equipment, focusing on Anaesthesia and Ventilator systems. Provide training and mentorship to on-site engineers for first-line support, repair, preventative maintenance, and asset management of medical devices. Build relationships with customers in the specialist area, ensuring confidence and competence in managing advanced medical technologies. Collaborate with operational leaders and managers to achieve contract Key Performance Indicators KPIs. Conduct servicing, repairs, and coordinate external service contracts with specialist medical device Original Equipment Manufacturers OEMs. Key Accountabilities: Ensure in-house maintenance of identified specialist equipment, negotiating external service contracts when necessary. Develop and foster skills in designated engineering staff through on-the-job and external training. Provide support for the service and management of specialist equipment across all business areas.
