The Role: As an Parts Administrator, you willplay a pivotal role in the aftersales division of business, concentrating on delivering essential administrative support to the team throughout the organisation. Responsibilities: Verifying the precision of incoming Denn-Part invoices and endorsing them within the system. Investigating and addressing discrepancies on invoices promptly. Conducting data cleansing and updating tasks in MAM parts system. Offering administrative assistance for the completion of tender documents. Generating weekly reports on orders for significant customer accounts. Creating regular reports as needed from company systems. Serving as the central administrative point of contact for all depots related to Denn-Part. Undertaking additional responsibilities appropriate for the position. Requirements: Previously worked as a Parts Administrator, Parts Advisor or in a similar role. Strong administration and organisational skills. Skilled in IT, with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience or knowledge of MAM parts software. Desirable Understanding of auto parts.
