What will you do This role is a senior leader of the site responsible for the development and execution of the organization's strategies, goals and objectives. Leads site-wide program and project management (PMO) and project portfolio management (PPM) and associated governance processes that drive continuous improvement, product insourcing, and new product introductions (NPIs). Provides leadership and guidance across all internal site functions (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Quality) driving End-to-End (E2E) business KPIs and connects externally to these functions within the region. Supports daily business operations and functions as the Site subject matter expert for continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies as well as driving benchmark and innovative thinking at the site.
