Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Canadian Banking Transition team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is This Role Right for You? In this role, you will: Effectively analyze partner credit submissions, with related documentation while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in day-to-day activities and decisions. Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Responsible for the successful implementation and achievement of assigned outcomes for specific business line initiatives and strategies for the Canadian Retail Branch Network, including effective case and data management, ad hoc reporting, projections, and analysis. Contributes to the oversight and central governance of all assigned branch organization structure and position management reviews in alignment with business line short-term and long-term strategies, staffing guidelines, approval matrix, and authorized complement. Partners with District Vice Presidents/Branch Management to identify opportunities and/or present options related to effective organization structure and position management that best aligns staffing resources with customer needs. Provides coaching and support to business line leaders on change management strategies, communication and employee experience management. Escalates any difficult or exception situations as required, maintaining ownership until the situation is resolved.
