The successful candidate will receive full support to grow as a lawyer and achieve his/her career goals, in a positive supported environment. They are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their successful Real Estate team in central Manchester. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will need well-rounded experience across commercial property disciplines, including: - Residential development from acquisition to site set-up; - Conditional contracts; - Options; - Landlord and tenant; - Investment acquisitions and disposals; - History of good billing and strong financial management. - Excellent communication skills and personable.
