Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for an exciting highways scheme. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring that engineering activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Utilize your engineering expertise to oversee and coordinate all on: site engineering activities related to the highways scheme. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, fellow engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Site Supervision: Monitor and manage construction activities on: site, ensuring they align with project timelines and quality expectations. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce health and safety protocols on: site, fostering a culture of safety among the project team. Requirements: 1 Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2 Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways or infrastructure projects. 3 Proficiency in industry: standard software and tools. 4 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5 Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
