Hotel restaurant and banquet hall in Williamsburg, IA seeking a motivated and talented individual for a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator position. Responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator include: - Coordinating all bookings, reservations, and events for banquet halls and restaurant. - Providing phone coverage and handling all inquiries. - Handling all marketing needs to promote banquet facilities and restaurant. - Managing databases, and sales records, correspondence, and other miscellaneous items. - Being proactive in maintaining long-term customer relationships, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal Sales and Marketing Coordinator will have at 1-2 years of experience as a sales coordinator(banquet, wedding and event planning) and a degree in a related field. Requirements -Proficient and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude -Professional phone and office manner -Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills -Highly organized and self-motivated -Extremely computer proficient.
