Job Title : Area Sales Manager Company : Car Capital Industry : Auto Finance/ Fintech Location : Phoenix, AZ Job Type : Full-Time Position Summary: The primary role of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) is to consistently develop the market by signing new dealers, increasing application volume, contract growth and providing best-in-class service to new and existing dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities : Market Development : Build and develop a new market in the franchise and independent auto lending space, focusing on quality and high-volume contract production Market Research : Utilize provided tools for targeted engagement with independent and franchise dealers, facilitating their onboarding with Car Capital Technology and Data Utilization : Leverage data and technology to enhance dealer value through digital platforms Collaboration and Innovation : Work closely with team members, thinking creatively to solve problems and optimize processes Regulatory Compliance : Maintain awareness and adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the auto finance industry Customer Service Excellence : Ensure superior dealer experience through professionalism and quality customer service Preferred Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience : Minimum 3 years in auto financial services, indirect auto lending and/or dealer finance Proven track record of business development in automotive dealerships Strong working knowledge of automotive dealership operations Established dealership relationships within assigned market Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel) Familiarity with CRM systems Strong analytical skills; adept at using data for informed decision-making Knowledge of fintech products, technologies and trends in the auto sector Experience with agile product development and cross-functional team collaboration Employee Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Flexible Spending Accounts (medical & dependent care) Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Additional Information : Pre-Employment Checks : Background check including credit report and employment references (must be favorable).
