Job Title: Mechanically Biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Employment type : Permanent Salary: up to £45,000 Benefits: Ongoing training and qualifications Location: Suffolk (near Beccles) Shift: 12-hour day shifts Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mech Bias) to join a leading production company in Suffolk. This is an opportunity to join a company with over 200 years of history. This is an ideal position if you have a proactive approach to work, as well as a strong team-work ethic in a high-pressured environment, so you need to love the challenge! You should be mechanically biased with an electrical understanding. You will be responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance to ensure the flow of production meets the standards set. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions. Machinery includes: Printing, bindery equipment, print finishing machinery, conveyors, and packaging machines. Responsibilities: Conducting Reactive and Planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery Continuous improvements Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures Skills Required : FMCG experience essential but will consider all industries / Ex-Forces UK mechanical qualification Apprentice trained Strong fault-finding experience Food or packaging background advantageous Please apply through this advert if you are interested in this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mech Bias) position!
