Director – Care homes Location: National Salary: Up to £100,000 + comprehensive package The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a senior care home specialist to join a company as they expand their reach. My client is looking for a credible and experienced director with a dynamic and energetic approach to join the team and help develop the business. This role is not directly involved in the oversite of care given within specific homes but your senior experience and understanding within the care sector will enable this 3rd party company to have a positive impact on residents experience. The role will suit someone who still wants to work within care homes but wants to take their deep knowledge already gained, expand upon it and use it to move into a peripheral sector. The package on offer has an attractive base salary and comprehensive package which is on offer to demonstrate the level of experience required. This is not a role for a candidate to move out of singular care home management, you must have been operating at a senior level and have a strong presence within the sector.
