What you'll be doing.Working within the team of strategy and consultancy experts in London, you'll not just help businesses “sort their finances out”, but you'll also help them build better business structures by always thinking of new and innovative ways to improve their financial situation. Thanks to this attitude, the business is growing and my client is now looking for a qualified accountant to help support and continue this growth. My client has recently started a new Accountancy practice, which will be focusing on accounting and payroll work. The plan is for you to help in that business with some cross-over into the consulting side of the business as necessary. Your core activities will include: Maintaining client relationships by having weekly/monthly contact with them Assisting clients with their monthly processes, including maintaining monthly management accounts, preparation of VAT returns and assisting with ad hoc queries Assisting clients with their year end processes,.
