Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, (or related field with Human Resource Management certificate) Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred A combination of education and experience may be considered Skills, Expertise, and Experience Demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully and patiently with all Mount Carmel Clinic staff and inquiring applicants Demonstrated exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to treat all HR related matters with the utmost respect, confidentiality, and discretion Demonstrated high level of attention to detail Demonstrated strong personal commitment to ethics, integrity, and responsibility Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated willingness and commitment to ongoing learning and development Demonstrated ability to ensure HR processes and procedures are fully executed promptly Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and be innovative to enhance operations and.
