An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing Management and Property Litigation for a solicitor to join a nationally renowned law firm in Leeds City Centre An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing Management and Property Litigation for a solicitor to join a nationally renowned law firm in Leeds City Centre The caseload will be varied and will include a mixture of housing management and/or property litigation matters. This may include leasehold management issues, injunctions, possession claims, boundary disputes, disrepair, service charge disputes, breach of lease, trespass, building and fire safety matters, cases before the FTT and non-contentious matters such as policy advice and drafting tenancy agreements. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain some good exposure to a broad range of work, being able to assist Partners in more complex matters as well as managing their own caseload. There is also scope to prepare and present training to clients on housing management/property litigation related topics as well as get involved with the business development and marketing side of the firm. Our client is looking at solicitors from NQ-8 PQE and welcome solicitors of varying experience to apply.
