Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 62,293 to GBP 69,863 per annum Work Location: Hybrid working (home and office based), Totton Hub Hours per week:37Contract type: Permanent Closing Date:30 January 2024 The Role: Joining our Adults' Health and Care directorate, you will lead a team responsible for our older adults' community teams and community hospital discharges. Working in partnership with Health colleagues, you will develop and maintain safe services, and work strategically to influence and implement wider changes in the older adults' arena. In your role you will manage the district budget and the allocation of resources and planning on a district level, to improve the quality of services, whilst ensuring the teams are Care Act compliant. Using your skills and experience in leadership and your excellent legal literacy that underpins your practice, you will provide operational support and guidance with complex work and safeguarding cases to the team you lead. You will use a strategic approach to anticipate and resolve problems whilst also setting the standards for the organisation. As a highly experienced registered Social Worker, you will maximise the potential of individuals' independence and quality of life through strengths: based practice.
