We are looking to fill a position in our Customer Service Department. Customer Service Technician is a vital part of our Warranty Department. The person selected will respond to service request for customers that are within our one year warranty period. Duties include; repair work, communicating with trade partners if necessary, schedule warranty work with customers, and any other duties that may arise to fulfill our warranty requirements. We are looking for an energetic go getter who can get the job complete with little to no supervision. This person will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is satisfied during the warranty period so the customer may write an e-mail about their experience to the President of the Company. If you have experience in construction, punch out service, or perform minor repairs, please send your resume today!
