As a Salesforce Project Manager at Deloitte, you will be responsible for leading and managing Salesforce projects for our clients. You will serve as the bridge between our clients' business needs and our technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and optimized to meet client objectives. You will play a critical role in defining the strategic direction of Salesforce implementations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth for both our clients and Deloitte. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges. • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions. • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Product Strategy: • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for Salesforce implementations. • Develop roadmaps and prioritize feature enhancements based on client and market needs. • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices. Project Management: • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts. • Develop project plans, set timelines, and manage project budgets. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
