Rocky Crest Golf Resort is Hiring! Housekeeping Supervisor As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be detail-oriented, dedicated to cleanliness, and service-oriented. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be an integral member of the housekeeping leadership team and will strive to create an above average member and guest experience, while promoting safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the Housekeeping staff. Consistently offer friendly, engaging, and professional service to both guests and co-workers. Handle guest and staff concerns and react quickly. Inspect rooms daily and update room status. Supervise, co-ordinate, motivate and monitor the activities of all housekeeping staff. This includes all housekeepers, commons cleaners and laundry attendants. Maintaining washrooms, toilets and sinks daily. Responsible for cleaning guests' rooms to include but not limited to windows, vacuuming, changing linens, floor surfaces, tidying as necessary and cleaning the steps and walkways when necessary. Stocking supplies as needed. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Strong time management and communication skills. Experience in housekeeping required. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Effectively communicate with all levels of guests, members, and employees. Abilities to lift 50lbs.
