Sales Manager OFF Trade – Non Alcoholic Spirit Brand – South of England – Up to £50k + Car Allowance + BONUS My client is a rapidly growing and popular Non Alcoholic Spirit brand taking over the South This brand is instrumental in the rise of the “Low & No” range and has an excellent taste profile. This company holds fantastic values and a great culture, driven by personality, charm and sales. As the Sales Manager you will be specifically responsible for driving sales with new business and product launches. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in business success with a network of contacts within the OFF TRADE sector, along with a passion and background in great spirits. The Sales Manager will be based anywhere across the SOUTH but have a grasp on local businesses, retail and sales opportunities. Overall, as the Sales Manager needs to be ambitious, creative and a true self starter in the business. This role will be predominantly NEW BUSINESS and SALES. The Sales Manager responsibilities: Bringing on new business in the OFF Trade drinks sector Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth. Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing P&L in a commodity driven environment. Collaborate with other departments and establish a networking with the Drinks industry. Implementation of training; achieving budgeted targets The ideal Sales Manager Candidate: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales role within the drink industry. Proven track record in Sales, team management and results. Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
