Contracts Manager : Residential : Susinteraction / Surrey : A main contractor, with a specific focus on the residential sector is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager. If you are a Contracts Manager with experience leading site teams across multiple projects, or perhaps a Project Manager who has led huge sites with multiple phases running concurrently then I want to hear from you. I specifically need people for the West Susinteraction / Surrey / M23 / A3 Corridor region covering West Susinteraction and Surrey. A Contracts Manager with this developer will work with the Directors and the Construction Secretary to look after sites throughout the region. On average they will have 3 live sites with a team of Site Managers on each development. Site will include a mix of traditional build and timber frame projects in Susinteraction and Surrey and the occasional RC Frame development in greater London. 2024 will be exciting times as there are quite a number of new projects starting for them. It gives the Contracts Managers the chance to run projects from the start and maintain tight control, rather than inheriting somebody elses problems. Suitable applicants will have worked for a main contractor or residential contractor and have a good knowledge of JCT Design and Build and Traditional contracts. They will have a good level of exposure to the social housing sector, specifically on new build projects. Suitable candidates will have preconstruction experience developing construction phase plans, producing master build programmes and assisting the commercial and design teams.
