Print Operator : 5 Crew Doncaster Plant Role description We are looking to recruit a Print Operator, to operate screen printing machines to a high: quality level and optimise efficiency. Responsibilities: stylemargin: bottom:5.0px:Operate screen print machine maintaining high efficiency level.All lines supplied with materials (naked glass and printing ink etc. ) ensuring each line is run to its full capacity: Responsible for problem solving and fault finding within the standard operating procedures: Taking ownership that all decorated ware is packed fit for transport to our customers : Responsible for checking all cold end equipment (inspection equipment and coating sprays etc. ) Required skills / qualifications: stylemargin: bottom:5.0px:Operate screen print machine in accordance to SOP's: Interpret Packaging Specification information: Ability to pack glass manually in event of equipment failure: Ability to recognise basic mechanical malfunctions and container defects What we offer HR USE ONLY : Minimum GBP 37,010 : GBP 42,138 per annum : Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10 matched contributions: Normal shift pattern is determined by the 5: crew shift rota, however, typically consists of a two 12: hour day shifts followed by two 12: hour night shifts and then a six: day rest period, which includes 20 shifts when working the 5 crew 12: hour shift rota : Holidays are built into the shift 5 crew rota: An environment where we support the development and progression of our employees, tailored to the individual's aspirations and business opportunities: Health and wellbeing initiatives, such as Occupational Health and cycle to work scheme: Family friendly policies and Company Sick Pay, after qualifying period Role Profile available on request.
