Position Overview Provide clinical nutrition services to the resident of Middlechurch Home, according to professional standards of practice. Provide quality client care based on nutrition care process: screening and referral, backssment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. Experience Two (2) years clinical experience preferably in a long term care setting. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Bachelor of Human Ecology. Graduate of an internship program which has been accredited by Partnership for Dietetic Education and Practice (PDEP) or planned practicum as requested by the College of Dietitians of Manitoba. Certification/Licensure/Registration Must be a member of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba Qualifications and Skills Comprehensive knowledge and application of medical nutrition therapies. Demonstrated ability to interact with various levels of personnel, both internally and externally and within an inter-disciplinary environment. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and respond with initiative. Demonstrated planning, organizational and time managements skills including the ability to prioritize workload.
