Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to direct and supervise all activities in lumber manufacturing quality control process. You must be willing to:? Provide training & certification of lumber grading employees? Conduct quality control checks throughout lumber manufacturing process? Report quality parameter performance on a routine basis/assist in correcting deficiencies? Establish & maintain effective work relationships within department, company and community? Complies with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling hazardous or non-hazardous materials & wastes? Maintains the professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, & skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities? Performs work following safety procedures & practices Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? College degree preferred? 5 years? experience in lumber & S.P.I.B. inspections? Excellent computer skills (+ MS Office)? Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal?
