Duties: Greet patients, efficiently book them in, and offer guidance on specimens and samples. Direct patients within the hospital, assist the Phlebotomy team, and maintain a positive image in person and over the phone. Ensure effective reception service during operating hours Contribute to a positive and friendly environment for patients and visitors. Requirements: Previous experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles. Basic CPR and First Aid certification. GCSE/O Level in Maths and English. Proficient in IT skills, including Word and Excel. Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Must own a car. Working Hours: Operates from 7.00 a. m. to 8.00 p. m. Rotates for Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday shifts.
